Sarah Anne. 23. INTJ.

I like Disney, Hannibal, the Beatles, FC Bayern, and Star Trek TOS. And some other things. Like probably three other things.

Currently obsessing over Jersey Boys and Boardwalk Empire.

WAIT Will and Emma whaaaaaaat?

This, to me, was the worst moment of the entire episode. Not because I disliked the moment but because this is the point where Will Schuester completely failed in his job as an educator. Yes, Brittany is not the most intelligent person in the usual sense of intelligence but she does make a valuable contribution. She can dance and she’s kind and she’s sweet and she loves animals. Will essentially called her stupid here. That is never okay for a teacher to so blatantly berate a student in the way that he did.

THIS SO MUCH.
I was like “…is he really… he really is… what a dick.”

But at the same time, if you’ve ever had a teacher that tries to be more of a friend than an educator, they think they can get away with it.  And honestly, all he said, if I’m not mistaken, was (obviously not word for word) “I understand you three, but… Brittany?” and it wasn’t like he said anything negative.  He just voiced his surprise at a student being in that kind of event.  It wasn’t as though he meant it to be ignorant.  I’m not saying that it wasn’t ignorant or hurtful, because it so was, but I don’t know…

I thought it was pretty clear that he meant that Brittany was known for being stupid and therefore it was unbelievable that she could be on an academic team. It’s not like (as far as we know) Tina, Mike, or Artie are well-known for being super scholarly, so it was clearly a “these three aren’t retarded, but Brittany is so why is she here?” moment. Will’s been a royal douche this whole season so it didn’t exactly surprise me.
And that’s all I plan to say about that.

I’m so over Will this season. They’ve turned him into an idiot and a dickhead. Why can’t Emma and Carl just be married and happy forever? :(

Ummm. What the actual fuck? Not sure if this has gone around or not (I haven’t seen it but I haven’t really been around). Jumping to the 0:50 mark…

But many Glee fans here at Access felt the Santana ‘I’m in love with Brittany’ story came out of nowhere… “That’s jumping the shark! Santana is the show ho! She’s all over the place.”

I have never been more offended by someone’s complete lack of understanding of a character in my whole life. Shut the fuck up, Billy Bush.

What’s even more disgusting and disappointing about this is that something tells me he never would have dared to be so dismissive about Kurt’s storyline. The media is so big on praising Glee for representing a young gay male character and I think Kurt’s storyline is so important and wonderful too, but I feel like they’re all so quick to dismiss Santana’s storyline and her confession to Brittany just because of the background of Santana’s character. Girls struggle just as much with their sexuality. How dare he! Ugh, I’m fuming.

Tdaflkhdska this makes me so angry. And for him to say the most moving part of the episode “hands down” was Burt’s talk with Kurt? Not that that wasn’t a good scene, but I thought Santana’s confession was way more moving. You can’t just dismiss something like that. What the fuck.
